By the time you feel thirsty you are already moderately dehydrated

 


Water is essential in delivering nutrients and oxygen to cells, removing
waste, cushioning joints, protecting your body's organs and tissues,
and maintaining an ideal body temperature

 

THE BEST TIMES TO DRINK WATER ARE:

1. One glass 1/2 hour before breakfast and lunch.

2. One glass 2 1/2 hours after each meal

3. Two more glasses should be taken around the heaviest meal.
