CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OR PROVINCE
OF RESIDENCE AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES RESIDING IN THE
CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OR A LEGAL RESIDENT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA,
MANITOBA, SASKATCHEWAN OR ONTARIO PROVINCES IN CANADA RESIDING IN ONE
OF THOSE PROVINCES IN CANADA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (DEFINED
BELOW) TO PARTICIPATE. SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING
TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT MEET
THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SWEEPSTAKES ENDS ON
DECEMBER 31, 2007. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. HOW TO PLAY: Just send us five (5) valid email addresses of the friends
or family who would be interested in receiving information regarding VIVO®
water products. Entry can be made by email or postage paid envelope including
five (5) valid email addresses, your name, address, and telephone number
where you would like to be notified if you win. Send email entries to

paid entries to: Cluster Solutions, Inc. 56 Maxwell, Irvine, CA 92618.
Winners will be notified by the contact information supplied in their
entry form.
2. PRIZE: The winner will receive twelve (12) bottles of VIVO® concentrate
of their choosing. These twelve bottles constitute enough diluted product
for one person for one year at suggested usage. Winner should allow 10-12
weeks from notification from CSI for product shipment. No substitution
of prize offered, no transfer of prize to a third party permitted, and
prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion.
3. USE OF EMAIL ADDRESSES: Cluster Solutions, Inc ("CSI") will
use said email addresses only for inclusion in its email database and
will not sell, transfer, or otherwise use said email addresses for any
other purpose. Those email addresses added to CSI’s database can,
at any time, be removed by notification to CSI. CSI is not liable for
lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage-due
mail.
4. ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident of the United States residing
in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia to be eligible
to win. Employees of CSI and the immediate family members of such employees
and/or persons living within the same household as such employees are
not eligible to win. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household.
If potential prize winner is a minor, prize may be awarded to the minor's
parent or legal guardian who must assume all responsibilities of prize
winner.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions
of CSI and its authorized judging agencies (the “Judges”)
whose decisions in all aspects of this promotion shall be final and binding.
In no event will CSI be obligated to award more prizes than the number
of prizes stated in these Official Rules. If for any reason whatsoever
CSI determines in its sole discretion that the promotion is no longer
capable of running as intended by these rules, CSI may at its sole discretion
cancel, suspend or modify the promotion in whole or in part.
6. PROMOTION END: Promotion is scheduled to end on 12/31/07 at 11:59:59 Pacific Standard Time (PST)
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release CSI and Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for and/or participating in and/or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity, or any typographical or other error in the Official Rules or the offering and announcement of prizes. CSI makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Upon request, winner must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by CSI, except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law.
